Did You Know?


The smallest bone in the human body is called the 'Stapes' or 'Stirrup'. It is found in your ear and is one of the ear ossicles alongside Anvil and Hammer.

Ralph Lauren's original name was Ralph Lifshitz. He changed his name in the mid 50s.  "My given name has the word 'Shit' in it," he told Oprah Winfrey. "When I was a kid, other kids would make fun of me. It was a tough name. That's why I decided to change it."

The longest chapter in the Bible is psalm 119 with one hundred and seventy six verses. The Shortest chapter is Psalm 117 with only two verses. 


A group of owls is called 'A parliament'

The brand 'Nokia' is named after a town in Southern Finland. The Nokia town is on the banks of the Nokianvirta River in the region of Pirkanmaa.

The logo 'M&M's' for one of the world's famous chocolates was derived from the names of its inventors - Forrest Mars and Bruce Murrie
